Is it a first party (Apple) connector? If not first party then potentially second party (Belkin)
It would need to be an active converter and if it’s active it would be unidirectional (aka USB C -> VGA or VGA ->USB C)ĭid it work before with this same setup and is it only just now failing or is this the first time you’re trying this combination?
